Howard Jackson
Chief Executive Officer

Howard Jackson is a native of Orangeburg, SC. Howard received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from South Carolina State University and Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of South Carolina.

Howard is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HoJac Enterprise Incorporated, a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. He is currently serving in the U.S. Air Force Reserve where he recently completed more than 2-years of mobilization to active military service, and he is an Independent Real Estate Agent at Dorman Realty located in Orangeburg, SC.

Howard is active in a number of organizations including the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated where he serves as the Keeper of Finance. Howard currently serves on the Steward Board and previously served on the Trustee Board at St. Peter A.M.E. Church.

Howard has received numerous honors and awards including the Anne A. Agnew Scholarship, the Commendation Medal, and the Presidential Scholar Award.



V. LaNard Huggins
Chief Financial Officer

A native of Orangeburg, South Carolina, LaNard Huggins co-founded Hojac Enterprises, Inc., on a steadfast mission to be part of a galvanizing force and vehicle for the community. LaNard serves as Hojac Enterprises’ Chief Financial Officer. As a leader with Hojac seeking to make life brighter for children facing the perils of today’s world, his belief is that everyone can be a star by making a difference in the lives of our youth. As an effective Youth Communicator with strong convictions and connection to the community, LaNard shares his own hobbies as tools for sharing to include reading, music, chess, and basketball. A mentor at all levels of youth interests, LaNard’s passion and attention is drawn to elementary students.

Currently, a Technical Sales Accounts Manager for a plastic extrusion company, and over fifteen (15) years experience in the sales & marketing arena, he applies his success and experience to his commitment of breaking the cycle of poverty and exclusion by his involvement with his native community of Orangeburg. With attentiveness to education standards and commitment, providing enriching opportunities and education for young people, and strengthening the financial awareness and financial health of low-income families, he’s devoted to mentorship and leadership for improving awareness and being a conduit to increasing the quality of life for his community.

LaNard attended South Carolina State University studying History and Accounting, following graduation from his Alma Mater, Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School.



Wanda R. Greene
Chief Operations Officer


A veteran in the area of education, Wanda R. Greene is currently an English teacher in metropolitan Atlanta. Her specialty is mentoring at-risk students in the community. As her mission, Greene has adopted the goal of “equipping students to be productive citizens in society.” As a result, she has worked in the alternative school environment and in Title I schools since 1991. Greene has also done freelance proofreading and editing for national and international corporations.

Greene earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education-English from Clemson University and her Master of Science in Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction from Walden University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and her family and friends. She also thrives on gourmet cooking, creative writing, and analytical reading.
