HoJac Enterprises Incorporated a non-profit organization established and operating in accordance with the provisions of 26 U.S.C. (“Internal Revenue Code”) Sections 501(c) (3) and 509 (a) (1), (2) or (3) and the regulations, and Sections 12-7-415 and 12-7-430 (h), Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended (“South Carolina Code”); and (ii) incorporated under the South Carolina Non-Profit Corporation Act [Article 1, Chapter 31, Title 33 of the South Carolina Code.] HoJac Enterprises, Inc. is an independent and autonomous organization.

HoJac Enterprises Incorporated is chartered by the Secretary of State of South Carolina as a Nonprofit Organization and exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The principal office of the HoJac Enterprises Incorporated shall be in the County of Orangeburg, State of South Carolina.

HoJac Enterprises Incorporated is organized and shall operate as a support organization primarily to provide such assistance as may be requested by under-represented populations of the community. In pursuit of these goals, HoJac Enterprises, Inc. will provide educational, social and life skills assistance. We will also encourage financial assistance and public support to member of the community.

HoJac Enterprises Incorporated is committed to assisting the target population in expanding the breadth and depth of its education and personal development for the benefit of any individual or group or groups impacted by the individual.

ABOUT ORANGEBURG


The City of Orangeburg, also known as "The Garden City," is known for its fertile soil and abundance of wildlife. Orangeburg is located southeast of Columbia, on the north fork of the Edisto River and home to 12,000+ residents. Orangeburg is also the home of Edisto Memorial Gardens; a garden with more then 50 beds of roses; Claflin University; the oldest historically Black institution in the State of South Carolina; South Carolina State University; the only state funded, historically black land-grant institution in South Carolina; Southern Methodist College, Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, and Hillcrest Golf Club; one of the top municipal golf courses in the Carolinas.

Within the State of South Carolina, various media outlets such as the Times and Democrat and Miller Communications, just to name a few, are headquartered in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The National Civic League also voted Orangeburg as an All-American City in 2005.
